My poetry an integral part of my visual arts practice
My poetry: a writing practice called "autolouange"

For years, inspired by my intuition, I have explored through color and body language my quest to interpret the world. This pictorial practice reveals life stories, sketches of atmospheres, human encounters.

I integrated self-praise into my artistic practice as soon as I discovered it. I write before painting, immediately connecting to the essential, I connect with my creative power, confident and serene. I rewrite the self-praise on the canvas, the colors and the lines nourish the words, and the words enrich the colors.

The authenticity of these two approaches gives freedom and accuracy to my creation. If self-praise nourishes my artistic approach, the power of words directly contacts the spectator to whom I offer a double reading. Autolouange therefore has a double mission in my artistic approach, it exalts my creation in visual arts as much as it promotes the reception of works for the viewer. And this practice leaves traces because I document my artistic journey through collections combining self-praise and paintings.

For each collection I publish a collection that combines poems and works

What about us...?
...I work in the field of humanity...

2021

Because my lineage continues, I wanted to tell, through my artist's eye, the maternal family legend, in words and colors, in the form of a poetic family tree reflecting the colors of humanity. A tribute to my ancestors and a beautiful legacy for my descendants.

"What about us..." is intended as a universal family ode to the profound legacy passed down.

Echoportrait
The presence of the meeting

2023

The "Echoportrait, the presence of the encounter" collection is the result of two years of research/laboratory work. I have always been intrigued by the dynamics of feelings experienced by people who meet, with this question in mind: "What do we really say to each other when we meet?"
I have produced around forty portraits inspired by my artistic approach, writing a self-praise that initiates pictorial creation.
I chose to explore two axes: a family tree and a staged encounter between two people through an exchange of glances in silence.
These 40 "echo-portraits" reveal the best of our humanity. I hope they resonate with you.

The naive flexibility

2022

In these unusual times, our Western societies, accustomed to all-powerful control over both humans and nature, have had to grapple with uncertainty. From one change to the next, we have evolved in an unexpected world…

By giving free rein to my creative intuition, I discovered a life force, an authentic resilience, echoing the women and men who have chosen to let an unknown, well-hidden dimension of our lives emerge…

A genuine message of hope has been evident throughout the creation of this collection. Its authenticity and coherence are palpable in the poem formed by the titles of the works.
